Improving Website Security with HTTP Headers by Richard Moore Frameworks like Drupal offer some significant security benefits out of the box - well tested code, ORMs and authentication systems but there are things they don't do for you. Something as simple as adding a single HTTP header can offer significant benefits. This talk will discuss some easy ways to harden your website that will complement the built in protections. Adding a touch of class to Drupal 7 by Keith Crooks The release of Drupal 8 has brought Drupal development up to date with more modern Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques. But it’s possible to incorporate these into your Drupal 7 development with the help of a few handy Contributed modules. This talk will give you a brief overview of some of these modules together with some examples of how you can utilise them in your projects to keep procedural code to a minimum.
